Cyberknight Solutions, parent company of GreekMax,was founded Summer of 1999. The company was founded by 3 close friends and Fraternity Brothers from the University of Arizona. At the time, most greek stores did not cater to non-traditional Greeks as the size of their membership didn't  warrant the investment in setting up a lot of the images and items necessary to stock their shelves. At its inception, it was founded to serve Omega Delta Phi members but over the years, the company has grown to provide its services to many other organizations and it continues to grow and mature right along  the organizations it was designed to serve.
